How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Is your coffee roasted to order?
Yes, we roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Every bag features a roast date so you know exactly when it was processed.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring BIGFACE BRAND to more countries soon.
How should I store my coffee beans?
To maintain peak flavor, store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer as moisture can degrade the quality.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made 24 hours before your next scheduled roast date.
